I stopped by the New England Air Museum today and got a look at their new HU-25A Falcon from the USCG. Nice aircraft! It arrived at BDL on November 13th and was towed over on November 19th.

I also got a look inside the USN Goodyear K-16 Blimp control car. It is really fantastic! It's been 19 years and since the start of it's restoration. Russ Magneson and his crew have done and amazing job fabricating almost everything that was missing or could not be located! It's really something to see!
K-16 looking good!

Navigators Station. Set a course for home!

K-3 Grimes Aldus Light. I donated this to the project many years ago and it's great to see it installed on the Blimp.

Galley: You can smell the bacon, eggs and coffee!

Pigeons! Just in case the radio doesn't work!

Tail compartment. Awesome detail!
