They used to be known as AN385H20P6. These guys are .750 long, drilled head, cad plated.

I’ve talked to Stealth, Reid, TPS, Saturn, Westco, AMP etc. with no luck.

About two dozen are used on the fuel selector control on a T-28. Any ideas?

Hey, thanks for the quick reply!

I was able to get someone on the phone there just now before the weekend. It looks they have about 12 left, so I still need to locate some more. I would actually like to get a hold of about 125 – 150 each.

Try Lance Aircraft. If they were used on the T-6 they would likely have them. I bought some tapered pins from Aircraft Spruce about 6 months ago. Not sure if they are the same- they had 3/16 thread on the end.

Thanks everyone! The threaded taper pins are AN386. I picked up some from Spruce a while back.

I’m thinking of having AMP making a quantity of them.

These may not be in stock, but they may be able to order or make them for you (according to Uncle Sam).

Or, you could look at the spec and maybe buy a tapered pin with threads that will fit, cut off the threads and drill your own hole.

Hey, bdk, I really appreciate those leads!

I’ll burn up the phone lines tomorrow and see what I can find.
