Yup a Savage. Neptune wing is relatively narrow at the root and longer span with longer tiptanks vs Savage wing which is wider at the root shorter span with a smaller tiptanks.

Did firefighting AJ's keep the jet engine in the fuselage? The water appears to be dropping from the area normally occupied by the jet...

Wikipedia says the jets were removed from the 3 aircraft converted as fire bombers. I imagine the water or slurry was held in bomb bay tanks for CG and CG shift reasons, with the discharge doors nearby, but that's speculation.
