Hey..hold on a minute. you still haven't figured out why my screen is blurry. Don't tell me to clean my glasses.
ummm, our....uhhh...crack research staff is currently working on finding a resolution to this issue
It would help if you posted a screenshot of what's happening. When you've got WIX (or anyplace else that's showing a blurry picture) up, hit the "print screen" key on your keyboard. "Print Screen" is usually just to the right of the backspace key, across the top row of keys.
(this part assumes you're running Windows XP or 2000.)
Now, you'll need open up some sort of photo editing program. If you don't have anything fancy, you can use MS Paint. You can get to paint by going to the start menu, -> accessories -> paint. Once paint has opened up go to the "edit" menu and select "paste." This should drop a screenshot of your desktop into paint. If nothing happens, You've missed a step somewhere along the line.
Once you've pasted, go to "file" and select "save as." Under "save as type" select "jpg" as your file type. Once you've jumped through all of those hoops, post the image here like you would a photo, or you can send it to me via e-mail.
I get the feeling that I'm asking you the wrong questions. A screen shot would really help.
