Ever since I upgradded to Internet Explorer 7.0 (mistake), I can't stay logged in to WIX (even though I check the box). When I return to the site I have to log back in. Any ideas?

that explorer 7 is poison!! i down loaded it & my entire capability to forward pics, access files was toasted. had to bring in a specialist to give the computer a thorough enema. yahoo needs to put a dissclaimer that their upgrade is not compatible with some old windows programs dating back to at least 2004.

Where can I find Explorer 6 to re-download and get rid of Eplorer 7?

Check your settings to see if you are allowing cookies. Go to tools->Internet Options and dink around in there. (I wish i could be more specific, but I don't have IE 7 loaded up anywhere useful at the moment.)

My guess is that by default, IE 7 blocks some or all cookies. When you check the "keep me logged in until 3 days after the apocalypse" box, WIX sets a cookie on your machine.

Sytem Restore fixed everything and took me back to Explorer 6.0

Thanks.

ummm, our....uhhh...crack research staff is currently working on finding a resolution to this issue

It would help if you posted a screenshot of what's happening. When you've got WIX (or anyplace else that's showing a blurry picture) up, hit the "print screen" key on your keyboard. "Print Screen" is usually just to the right of the backspace key, across the top row of keys.

(this part assumes you're running Windows XP or 2000.)

Now, you'll need open up some sort of photo editing program. If you don't have anything fancy, you can use MS Paint. You can get to paint by going to the start menu, -> accessories -> paint. Once paint has opened up go to the "edit" menu and select "paste." This should drop a screenshot of your desktop into paint. If nothing happens, You've missed a step somewhere along the line.

Once you've pasted, go to "file" and select "save as." Under "save as type" select "jpg" as your file type. Once you've jumped through all of those hoops, post the image here like you would a photo, or you can send it to me via e-mail.

I get the feeling that I'm asking you the wrong questions. A screen shot would really help.
